• What if the printed items are damaged?

  Damaged items must be returned to our office in Prague in their original packaging (see address on right-hand side). We will assess the damage and send out a new set.

• What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

  If your products have not been delivered within the normal delivery timeframe then please contact us by phone or by e-mail. We will resolve the situation and ensure your products get to you as soon as possible.

• How do I pay?

  Payments can be made via bank transfer or online using PayPal. It is also possible to pay in cash at our office in Prague (see address on right-hand side). For further instructions on how to make payments, please contact us.

• What countries can you deliver to?

  We can deliver to any country in Europe; however delivery costs are usually cheaper for the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Italy.

• How quickly can you deliver?

  Delivery times vary based on the type of product. Roll-up banners take longer to dry than business cards. Delivery time for all products is usually less than 7 working days.
